PU conveyor belt consists of one or two layers of thermoplastic polyurethane. The cover compound is made of polyurethane material which is hygienic for carrying food products. we coat the carrier fabric in a smooth process. This coating material excels through its exceptional resistance to greases, oils and chemicals. it is very suitable for food, drink and pharmaceutical sectors application.
Our polyurethane conveyor belts have an extremely long service life, are highly flexible and are qualified for foodstuffs. they can also work as cooling channel conveyor belts in the confectionery industry.
Feature of PU Conveyor Belt
- Temperature: -30°C ~ +60°C.
- Very flexible at low temperatures.
- Excellent wear resistance and tear strength.
- Good resistance to grease, oils, water, cleaning agents and other liquids.
- Can be manufactured into endless lengths.
- Resistance to impacts and cuts (better than PVC)
